Böhli AG Bäckerei-Confiserie came up with the idea of farming in Appenzell and using it to produce regional foods. In 2020 the cooperative "IG Ackerbau Appenzellerland" was founded. Regionality with passion!

Gluten-free natural product with high swelling properties.
The psyllium husks serve as a binding agent and replace the missing gluten protein in conventional flours. Zwicky psyllium husks are therefore ideal for gluten-free baking. Approximately 2 teaspoons of psyllium husks can be used for 500 g of gluten-free flour. It can also be used as a supplement in muesli and smoothies, as psyllium husks has a high swelling capacity.
Note: Make sure you drink plenty of fluids when consuming.

Hirsana golden millet oil capsules enriched with vitamins and zinc contain 200 mg of pure golden millet oil, made from selected golden millet plants, as well as vitamin E, vitamin B6, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, biotin and zinc. The colour of the capsule is subject to natural variations.

 

Zinc helps to keep hair, skin and nails healthy and plays a role in cell division. Biotin also contributes to the health of hair and skin and promotes normal metabolic processes for macronutrients. Riboflavin helps to keep skin healthy. Together with vitamin E, riboflavin helps to reduce oxidative stress on cells. Pantothenic acid helps to ensure that vitamin D (among others) is properly synthesised and metabolised, and it helps to reduce tiredness. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal metabolic processes, boosts the immune system and helps to regulate hormonal activity.
