Since our beginnings in 1892 in the Amlikon mill Zwicky has produced flours. Then, as now, it is our aspiration to produce products that are full of taste and full of value. Alongside better-known cereal flours, over the years we have created a comprehensive range of special flours such as buckwheat or millet flour.
