In 129 years, Schweizerische Schälmühle E. Zwicky AG has developed into the most important special mill of its kind. The company located in Müllheim-Wigoltingen, Thurgau has been family-owned since 1892 and is today in the fourth generation of management. Zwicky was the first company in Switzerland to manufacture Bircher muesli in 1946 according to the original recipe using the brand name "Frutifort".
