Preperation
5-grain blinis:
100 g Zwicky 5-Grain Flakes
1 dl milk
2 dl hot water
100 g Zwicky spelt flour
1 tsp sea salt
7 g dry yeast
1 dl sour cream
1 egg yolk
Covering:
crème fraîche
salmon
Preparation:
5-grain flakes, milk and hot water together in a bowl type, leave to stand for 30 min
Add the spelled flour, sea salt and dried yeast, mix and break up with a whisk
Sour cream and egg yolks to give the mass, mix with a hand blender to a fine mass and stand for 1 hour at room temperature (is a thick batter)
Clarified butter in a frying pan, the mass portions topped with a tablespoon of both sides over medium heat, then keep warm
Blinis occupy at will with crème fraîche and salmon
Amount of servings: 3 - 4 people
