Gluten-free natural product with high swelling properties.
The psyllium husks serve as a binding agent and replace the missing gluten protein in conventional flours. Zwicky psyllium husks are therefore ideal for gluten-free baking. Approximately 2 teaspoons of psyllium husks can be used for 500 g of gluten-free flour. It can also be used as a supplement in muesli and smoothies, as psyllium husks has a high swelling capacity.
Note: Make sure you drink plenty of fluids when consuming.
