Preperation
Millet casserole sweet:
Bring 1 liter of milk to boil with 1 teaspoonful of salt, stir in 250 g of golden herbs and boil for 30 minutes on a small fire. 70g sugar, 1 grated lemon peel, 30g sultana, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons grated nuts and 2 egg whites mixed with the chilled mash. Put the mixture in a buttered baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes. The mash can also be filled with muffled apple slices or other fruits in layers.
