Preperation
Millet Omelet
200 g of millet flakes
4 Egg yolks
2 dl of milk
120 g grated cheese (eg Gruyère)
4 white of egg
Salt, nutmeg, pepper
4 white of egg; Froth and pour under the mass. Heat the fat in the pan and cover the thick liquid mass at once, first let the underside, then also the upper side turn golden brown.
