Preperation
Basic preparation:
Per person, one calculates with about 60 to 80 g Quinoa. Wash the grains cold and allow them to boil in 2-fold water for about 10 minutes until the white seedling dissolves from the grain. Then let it swell for about 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold as an accompaniment or salad.
