Preperation
Pea Stew with Lamb
250 g of Zwicky Buuretopf
400 g of lamb
1 ognion
1 pepperoni
1 eggplant
1 potatoe
2 tomatoes
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of turmeric
coriander, cress, parsley, mint
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Soak the legumes, drain the water and add the diced lamb and chopped onion in a pan
Cover with cold water and cook slightly for one hour
Fry the lamb in hot fat until it is goldenbrown. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch each of cinnamon and turmeric. Add the roasted lamb to the legumes and cook for another hour.
dice the vegetable into small pieces and add with some hot water
continue to simmer for another 30 minutes
season to taste
chop the fresh herbs finely and garnish with some very thin onion rings
