Preperation
Pea soup
100g of peas, 1 liter of water
1 small onion, pepper
2 boullion cubes, 20g butter
20g flour, 2 spoons of cream or milk, 40 g of roasted breadcrumbs.
Boil the flour in the margarine briefly and drain it with the water. Add the peas and onions, season with the bouillon cubes and a little pepper. Cook on a small fire for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Puree, with cream or milk refine and serve with the bread dumplings. Total cooking time: 2 hours.
