Hirsotto is carefully prepared and made from valuable Zwicky gold millet, vegetables and spices. Zwicky-Goldhirse is stabilized in its full value (collated) according to the method of Prof. Dr. W. Kollath. This preserves the valuable minerals and trace elements. Hirsotto is a full-fledged vegetarian meal or a fine accompaniment.

Preperation
Bring the whole portion of Hirsotto in 6dl water briefly, then let simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat. Remove from heat and allow to swell for another 5 min. Depending on taste, refine with 10-20 g butter.
