Preperation
300 g of white beans Soissons
3 carrots
3 tomatoes peeled and diced (possibly from tin)
1 small package of chilled peas
1 can of corn
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp flour
Vegetable broth, bay leaf, clove, salt, nutmeg, spice
Preparation:
The soaked beans just boiled with water to boil and skim. Put the bay leaf and clove on top and continue to boil. Add carrots and peas after 40 minutes and simmer until the whole is cooked. Drain the corn and pour in two cups of vegetable broth. Mix, stir and carefully mix with the drained vegetables. Boil again briefly and add the tomato cubes.
