Preperation
Tapioca Pudding:
80g tapioca
1/2 liter of milk
30g sugar
2 whole eggs
2 Protein
salt
1 vanilla dish
Preparation:
In the milk, add the open vanilla pod, add some salt and 2 whole eggs and stir. Boil and stir tapioca. Allow to cook for 20 minutes until the tapioca grains are soft, but still bite-proof. Add sugar during cooking.
Whip the egg whites and then add them under the cooked crème.
