Preperation
Wash white beans (375g) and soak for 12 hours in 1 liter of water, then boil with soapy water. 1 teaspoon salt, 1 twig of bean, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 50 g of fat or oil, and boil all. An ideal accompaniment to cooked bacon, ripsi or beef.
