Preperation

Buckwheat Pancakes

2-3 pieces/15 minutes active
Total 30 minutes

Ingredients
100 g Zwicky buckwheat flakes
15 g butter
100 g milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
A little clarified butter

Preparation
Mix or puree Zwicky buckwheat flakes with milk, butter, eggs, and salt (optional). Let stand for 10 minutes.
Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the omelets until golden brown.
The omelets can be filled as desired – for example, with sautéed vegetables and sour cream.

Tip for cheese lovers: Mix some cheese into the batter before frying.
